OCTechie services
Practical services for businesses that need AI connected to real work.
OCTechie sells audits, engineering, pilots, integrations, and ongoing improvement. Work begins with a business outcome, not a generic AI subscription, and uses technical Solutions behind the engagement when they are useful.
What you are purchasing
Real implementation work, not a magic autonomous product.
Every engagement is shaped around a client outcome. That may mean audit and architecture work to establish the facts, expert engineering time to build a useful path, a bounded pilot to prove it, production integration once the boundaries are clear, or ongoing managed improvement after launch.
OCTechie does not ask clients to buy a standalone module or self-service SaaS plan. Solutions are reusable technical capabilities used behind an engagement. The service is the agreed implementation path: the people involved, the problem being solved, the scope, the safeguards, and the useful result.

Choose the right first conversation.
Start with the client problem, the engagement needed, and the expected result. These are commercial starting points, not promises that every direction is a packaged product.
Assess and plan
A practical review of one business outcome and the systems, people, information, approvals, privacy boundaries, and risks around it.
- Client problem
- You know AI may help, but need to separate useful opportunities from expensive noise before choosing a tool or project.
- Best for
- Owners and teams with one workflow, customer journey, or operational bottleneck to examine.
- Likely outcomes
- A clear first-use case, risks and boundaries, a realistic next step, and a decision about audit-only, pilot, or implementation.
- Start with
- Workflow mapping, current-tool review, source and approval questions, opportunity ranking, and a practical recommendation.
Delivery model: Collaborative discovery with an owner or operational lead.
Review the technology that holds daily work together, from networks and Wi-Fi to cloud subscriptions, monitoring, cameras, servers, and support arrangements.
- Client problem
- Instability, recurring costs, duplicated systems, unclear ownership, weak monitoring, or vendor dependencies make technology harder to operate than it should be.
- Best for
- Businesses that need a grounded map of what they rely on before simplifying, replacing, securing, or automating it.
- Likely outcomes
- A prioritized view of instability, unnecessary spend, obsolete overlap, ownership gaps, monitoring needs, and controlled improvement options.
- Start with
- System inventory, dependency and access-boundary review, operational pain points, and a staged recommendation.
Delivery model: Consulting review with findings sized to the environment; it does not promise wholesale replacement of existing enterprise systems.
Build and automate
Turn one repeated business task into a bounded manual, semi-automated, or automated working path.
- Client problem
- Follow-up, documents, reporting, approvals, routing, summaries, task preparation, and notifications keep consuming attention.
- Best for
- Teams ready to improve one repeatable process without pretending every edge case should be automated first.
- Likely outcomes
- A working first path, defined inputs and outputs, appropriate human review, and evidence for whether deeper integration is worthwhile.
- Start with
- One workflow map, one input source, one desired output, review rules, and a safe first version.
Delivery model: A guided pilot with explicit boundaries and owner feedback.
Improve incoming calls and lead intake through qualification, appointment direction, structured summaries, routing, and human handoff.
- Client problem
- Missed calls and repeated questions create inconsistent intake while staff still need to own exceptions and sensitive conversations.
- Best for
- Service businesses that want to test a better phone or intake experience before committing to a deeper system.
- Likely outcomes
- A focused intake direction, clearer handoff rules, structured call context, and a practical pilot scope.
- Start with
- Intake script review, qualification and routing design, provider direction, and human-review boundaries.
Delivery model: Guided pilot and active implementation direction; this is not a claim of a fully autonomous receptionist product.
Organize approved business knowledge, repeated questions, documents, articles, reports, and approval-first content into useful working systems.
- Client problem
- Useful information is scattered, people repeat answers, and content work lacks a safe source, review, and publishing path.
- Best for
- Teams that can begin with one source set, one content workflow, or one repeated knowledge problem.
- Likely outcomes
- A governed source foundation, clearer reusable knowledge, and an approval-first path for content or responses.
- Start with
- Source selection, privacy classification, a knowledge or content workflow, and review requirements.
Delivery model: Guided implementation around approved sources and owner decisions.
Connect and operate
Build or modernize a credible website that can later connect to lead context, articles, CRM/ERP, testimonials, content automation, analytics, site agents, and client workflows.
- Client problem
- A brochure site does not give a business a reliable front door for real inquiry, context, content, or later operational connections.
- Best for
- Businesses that need a stronger public foundation while keeping future integrations practical and staged.
- Likely outcomes
- A clearer digital front door, meaningful next actions, and a foundation for future lead, content, analytics, and systems work.
- Start with
- Business-message review, page and conversion priorities, content foundation, and integration readiness decisions.
Delivery model: Consulting and scoped implementation; the website is an operational foundation, not OCTechie’s final product.
Plan or implement scoped connections among cloud services, private systems, local AI, authorized people, protected workflows, and future secure gateways.
- Client problem
- Useful systems need to connect without making private data, local networks, or access rights casually available.
- Best for
- Organizations that need clear architecture and access boundaries before connecting sensitive systems or workflows.
- Likely outcomes
- A scoped integration approach, access and data-boundary map, and a practical sequence for safer implementation.
- Start with
- Architecture and access audit, system-boundary review, identity considerations, and implementation options.
Delivery model: Scoped implementation planning. The reusable Secure Access/VPN module remains a post-launch engineering priority and is not claimed as deployed.
Connect CRM, billing, recurring billing, and accounting representation through a commercial model with clear responsibilities.
- Client problem
- Commercial and operational records are disconnected, making follow-up, delivery, billing, and client visibility harder to manage.
- Best for
- Businesses preparing for a coherent client and delivery system, including scoped migration, architecture, or integration work.
- Likely outcomes
- A requirements picture, commercial identity and workflow priorities, reconciliation boundaries, and a staged implementation path.
- Start with
- Current-process review, record and handoff mapping, migration questions, accounting review needs, and access decisions.
Delivery model: OCTechie has a proven internal commercial operations foundation: CRM, billing, recurring billing, and accounting projections have separate authority and use stable identities and reconciliation. Client implementation still requires scope, migration, legal/accounting review, and access decisions; a public self-service portal is not yet proven.
Provide a scoped managed operating foundation for approved AI services, databases, application runtimes, workers, monitoring, backups, updates, and controlled support.
- Client problem
- You need useful AI or automation infrastructure but do not have the staff, time, or operational discipline to maintain runtimes, databases, backups, monitoring, updates, and recovery procedures.
- Best for
- Small businesses and client implementations that need a bounded managed technical environment instead of an unmanaged software installation.
- Likely outcomes
- Defined hosted systems, documented operational ownership, basic health and recovery expectations, scoped monitoring and maintenance, and clear boundaries between hosting, support, delivery, and client-owned infrastructure.
- Start with
- Infrastructure and workload review, service and responsibility boundaries, a hosting/runtime plan, backup and recovery expectations, and access and support scope.
Delivery model: Scoped implementation. Hosting capacity, support, and responsibility boundaries are agreed per client; no fixed public price is published.

How Services and Solutions connect
The service is the client path. Solutions support the work.
Service→uses one or more Solutions→applies them to one client outcome→Proof and Articles explain what can safely be shown
Solutions may include software, process patterns, documentation, interfaces, and technical foundations. They help OCTechie deliver an engagement, but they are not presented as retail products. Public proof and articles are reviewed explanations, never a reason to expose private client work.
Engagement path
Move only as far as the problem requires.
- 01
Audit
Understand the outcome, current reality, constraints, and the smallest useful place to start.
- 02
Scope
Choose what is included, who decides, what connects, and what must remain private.
- 03
Pilot
Test a bounded working path with review points before committing to a larger change.
- 04
Integrate
Connect the approved systems and workflows when the value, ownership, and access boundaries are clear.
- 05
Support and improve
Refine the useful system over time without forcing an artificial subscription.
A client may stop after an audit or pilot. A larger implementation happens only when the opportunity, agreement, and access boundaries justify it.
Honest boundaries
Bring one business process or technology problem.
Not every direction is a packaged product, and not every Solution is finished. Private data is not used as public proof, access remains scoped, and larger implementations require a clear agreement. Typical hands-on work is $75–$150/hour; a written scope and estimate comes before implementation.
