Approved sources, documents, and business facts become controlled context. Public site RAG remains postponed until secure connectivity is approved.
Solutions are the reusable technical capabilities behind OCTechie Services. Clients buy outcomes and implementation, not a random collection of tools.
A Solution may begin as guided implementation and grow into a connected system when the business case, approvals, and access boundaries are clear.
A Service is the commercial work a client engages OCTechie to do. A Solution is a reusable capability used to deliver that work. An Engagement is the scoped application of Services and Solutions to one client outcome.
Several Solutions may support one Service, and one Solution may support several Services. They are implementation patterns, not a demand to buy every capability at once.
Solutions can work alone or in sequence. Source and knowledge feed operators; commercial operations retain accountable records; access and delivery boundaries protect the client relationship. The static public site does not connect to private RAG or commercial runtimes.
Each Solution keeps its category, semantic palette, and client-readable maturity label, but the cards share one grid so available browser width is used consistently.
An internal foundation can be proven before it is available as a self-service client product. Some Solutions are active client tracks; others need scoping, migration, approval, or secure access before they can be used. Future directions stay labeled as future.
Active selected workflow or early client-facing module.
Core building block that other modules depend on.
Visible direction, not full self-service yet.
Can start now as guided manual or semi-manual work.
Strategic near-term direction.
Selected client-shaped workflow with active implementation direction.
Private engine behind future public-safe proof.
Later roadmap, shown honestly.
This is a conceptual progression, not a claim that every link is live for every client. The right first step is usually one practical workflow: a missed call, a content bottleneck, a meeting follow-up problem, a knowledge foundation, or an infrastructure need.
Human approval, appropriate access, and measurable outcomes remain part of the work at every stage.
There is no unrestricted access to private runtimes, no fake packaged SaaS claim, and no automatic public use of client data. OCTechie will not offer live public RAG until Secure Access/VPN and a controlled GCP-to-private gateway are approved. You do not need to buy every Solution; the first step can be one workflow.
